Apologies: BOTH my private studio and waiting list are currently full.
And a further apology: if you have tried to contact me for a voice lesson over the last year (yes, that's right, I said YEAR), I am so sorry to say that my system got completely overwhelmed with requests and communication that I was not able to keep up with. I am still trying to respond to all inquiries one by one to apologize and make clear that my studio and waiting list are both full right now, but this will take time. If you never heard/hear back from me, now you know why! And I am SO SORRY!
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as I navigate this all on my own, only available to work part because of my performance schedule, and with no support staff or manager any time soon. In the meantime, I have now successfully deactivated the contact form for lesson inquiries.

In future when my private voice studio and waiting list are open again, here's what you can expect:
Welcome! I'm so excited you are interested in voice lessons and I would love to guide and support you on your singing journey.
I have a bachelor's degree in classical voice performance and k-12 music education, a master's degree in classical voice performance (opera), and an artist diploma in early music (specializing in vocal baroque music from western music history). I have experience teaching classroom general music and choir (public and private schools) across 7 years, and have been teaching voice lessons intermittently (when I've had time!) since 2010. In addition to my professional classical and baroque voice performance expertise, I am a professional choral singer, I have performed multiple times with a vocal jazz trio in Chicago, performed musical theater pieces in benefit concerts, and am also the lead singer in a Celtic trio here in Seattle.
I work with private voice students who schedule lessons regularly (weekly or every other week) as well as occasionally (for "tune-ups" or special projects). Options for study are vocal technique, musicianship skills (reading and performing written music), singing in multiple languages (English, Italian, German, French, and Spanish are my specialties for sung diction), preparing for auditions, preparing parts and roles for shows, and also to simply explore the voice, explore a love for singing, and a love for music!
I have been teaching private voice lessons to middle school, high school, and adult students for the last 13 years in Chicago and Seattle. My voice studio is located in Seattle, I also teach in-person lessons on the East side in Medina on Wednesdays and Sundays, and lessons are also available on Zoom. I am currently running a new student special: your 5th lesson is 50% off!
Current Rates:
30-minute lesson: $45.00
45-minute lesson: $58.00
1-hour lesson: $70.00
Sliding scale is available for those in need of financial aid on a case-by-case basis.
